A pharmaceutical company was rolling out a new CRM system. I was asked to design a blended learning plan for newly hired employees in both Field Sales and Medical Affairs. Some content was already available; some content was designed by a co-worker. I designed the training plan, as well as the VILT materials for Medical Affairs.

Since many pharmaceutical companies prefer to keep their training content confidential, I have edited the content and colors of these work samples to remove any reference to a particular company.
Training Plan
The New Hire program blended a variety of training materials and two VILT classes over the course of a two month period. Since the materials were housed in more than one location on the company intranet, I developed a training plan so that new employees could understand the different elements of the training and where to find them.
VILT Classes
Each of the web-based classes had its own instructor materials. I designed the materials for the Medical Affairs employees. The client requested a two-hour Beginner VILT class and a three-hour Advanced VILT class. With the goal of making the VILT classes as interactive as possible, I included several workshops. I also incorporated various activities: Chat the Answer, Draw the Answer, Walk Me Through, and Participant Demo.
