Since there is a significant business impact to the sales representative and the company when a sales representative incorrectly responds to a medical inquiry, my client chose to have me create create a Quick Reference Card to accompany the elearning. Although the specific content I wrote is confidential, I can share a template that is very similar in style and layout to the QRCs I am creating for this client.
